Crossfit Swansea functional training

At our training facility we can provide small group, sports conditioning (individual or team) or personal training focused on your training goals, alongside our regular scheduled sessions. 
 

Training with CFS will never be boring or repetitive.

By definitionCrossFit training  is "a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity"

Our programme is group based but has a true personal training feeling with all levels of ability welcome. We concentrate on coaching clients whole body compound movements which carry over into"real life". We use olympic lifts, power lifting, gymnastics, medicine balls, kettlebells, and dumbbells along side many other tools you wont find in normal lycra-clad gyms.

If you wish to pump iron or stare at yourself in a full length mirror this isn't for you. If you want real world total functional fitness to aid you in sport or to live a full and healthy life then Come and see us!
