HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We know it can be a little scary starting something new and everyone starts from a different place. We offer a free intro session to allow you to check out the facility, discuss any goals you may have and gives us the opportunity to screen your general movement quality so we can then recommend the best way to get you started with us.
Free intro session
These run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and last 1 hour. During this session you will learn a little more about what we do, are given some foundational movements to perform and finish with a short fun workout that isn't designed to leave you gasping for air afterwards but give you a better understanding of our philosophy. You can discuss any particular goals you have with us and then decide which of our programmes is for you.

The Daily Grind
This is a great place to start if you are unsure which programme you would like to go for. Our coaches ensure you are comfortable with all movements and can optimise the workout to suit you, even if you have any past or existing injuries (just make sure to let the coach know in advance), these sessions are super fun high intensity and designed to give you a great workout no matter your present fitness levels.

Once you have attended our free intro and have decided our CrossFit programme is for you we then require all new members to take part in our Elements Course which introduces you to the rest of our foundational movements: push, pull, hinge, squat, carry through 3 x 90min sessions. Each of these consist of:
- Warm up
- Movement/skill coaching
- Cool down/stretch
You will learn more about our philosophy of 'movement first, intensity second'. We are very strict in following CrossFit's founder Greg Glassman's mantra 'Technique...Consistency...Intensity'. We can also respond to any questions you have during these sessions.
These sessions are designed to give you confidence to enter into our flagship GPP programme CROSSFIT SWANSEA. Cost of this course is £75* which also covers unlimited training with us for the remainder of the month. Contact us to find out when our next Elements Course starts.

If you are experienced in training, have used barbells, kettlebells or have performed CrossFit at another affiliate please contact us to join in a session where we can then assess your abilities before allowing you to join. There is no charge for this session.
