Many of us start the year with the best of intentions to stick to them but unless we are being held accountable it takes a lot of willpower to maintain. You can buy 'Put on 50kg of Pure Muscle With Just 3min of Exercise' DVDs 'Lose Half your Bodyweight in 3 Days' books, but unfortunately most of them are utter nonsense, unsustainable and in the long run will turn you into a neurotic foodie terrified of ever touching any carbs or doing any sort of strength training (which is a huge part of a balanced, healthy,  sustainable lifestyle)

This is where Fitness 101 and us come in

The concept is simple:

  • 2 conditioning sessions a week (Mon 5.30pm & Thurs 6.30pm)
  • 1 Strength session a week (Fri 7.30pm)
  • A simple nutrition template (no recipes, this needs to be sustainable;)
  • Access to a private Facebook group

Sustainability is all about balance.....is it simple to follow? Does it lead you to make your own conscious decisions that then become easy to maintain habits? 

At the end of the day WE are in control of our own decisions but what if there was a group of people to help keep you on the right road and lend you a hand if you slip. That is where FITNESS 101 comes in. Over the 6 weeks we will educate you how to create good habits, push yourself physically and actually ENJOY it and hopefully leave you with the ability to continue long after the course has finished.

You will be getting as close to personal training as you can get, without the hefty price tag. 18 personal training sessions could end up costing upwards of £400 ( we aren't knocking that though, we offer 1 to 1 training ourselves). We do believe however that a simple course such as FITNESS 101 should be accessible to all to help start a new year in the most positive way possible.
