What can I expect in my first session?

Each session will begin with technical coaching and explanation of the exercises involved in the workout, followed by a thorough warm up, then the main workout, warm down and then feedback.

I'm not very fit will I cope?

YES! All our workouts are scaleable and will be modified to your ability level, however this is not to say they are easy!

Will I be sore after completing CrossFit workouts?

The answer is YES this is normal, and it is a condition called DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) it manifests usually within 24/48 hrs prior to completing a workout.  However if you feel acute pain in one particular area this may not be DOMS and should not be ignored.

Will I turn up and be left to my own devices?

NO, this is not how we run CrossFit workouts. Each session will feel like a personal training session with friends, we focus on coaching and then sweating.

Is there a membership fee?

NO! You have the option of either paying per session or taking our monthly payment options.  We won't tie you in for 12 months.

Is there an opportunity for extra coaching?

Yes, we will run extra seminars to focus on particular areas, alternatively you can book a one-2-one session to focus purely on areas you require.
